3rd PPR.LLC assists jurisdictions with Residential (R1, R2) and Commercial Plan Reviews to ensure code compliance.
We are there to augment your staff and take the extra load to ensure your customer gets their project going. Our staff of ICC certified plan reviewers are licensed in the State and will do everything to take the burden off your department.
All plan reviews are done electronically and will be stamped “Reviewed for Code Compliance” to ensure that the reviewed plans can be printed and on the jobsite when you arrive.

Marie Faw CBO, MCP
CEO 3rd PPR.LLC
Marie was a carpenter by trade and Home Builder. Marie worked for York County SC for over 20 years first as an inspector and then as a Plan Reviewer before retiring in 2015.
John England CBO, MCP
VP 3rd PPR.LLC
John was a contractor and commercial electrician by trade. John operated England Enterprises LLC, a plan review and inspection company between 1992 and 2012 (sold to Safebuilt).
Patrick Bradshaw CBO, CFM
Plan Reviewer
Patrick worked for the SC DHEC, SC Fire Marshals office a well as Richland County as a Building and Fire Plan Reviewer. For the past 5 years Patrick has been teaching for England Training LLC.
